Eiffel Stripes
The Eiffel Tower has been exhaustingly photographed. Every angle covered. While in Paris in 2019 I stood under the Eiffel with my two sons, the lines were insanely long to go up, so we took a break and had a snack under the tower. I made one large photo of one of the feet of the tower. I loved it, but felt something more could be done. Through a lot of trial and error, a lot of play, I came up with the Eiffel Stripes. What I love so much about this print is that is as much architectural as it is modern, and as much art as it is engineering, but most of all what I love is that it is not what it appears to be.
